Ian Oosthuysen is a qualified quantity surveyor who obtained a BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of the Free State in 1979. Mr Oosthuysen has more than 20 years experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management within the construction and consulting fields.
